Can I cancel/refund my order?

Generally refunds are not offered for change of mind. However if you made a mistake or are short on cash I am usually pretty flexible. Please keep in mind preorders are non refundable if the pin has not been funded. Only order if you are sure you want it.

If the product is faulty you are entitled to a complete refund or exchange. Contact me on cheriepopculture@gmail.com to start that process.
