Shipping Questions
My store prices are in Australian dollar, you can use the currency converter icon at the top-right of the page to see what product prices are in your currency however once you get to the checkout page it will change back to Australian dollar. You can check how much your total will be by using the PayPal converter here (It will open in a new window so you can go back and forth). This converter should be most accurate however please keep in mind any fees that apply to your bank.
Shipping prices are calculated by weight, I have done the pricing in small brackets to be able to give you the cheapest option I can, for example the weight of 2 pins might cost $8, and 3 pins will then cost $8.50. I tried to do it that way instead of a flate fee so that it would be cheaper.
The untracked shipping option is available to most countries (excluding New Zealand and USA) and available for orders with pins weighing the amount of about 3 pins (possibly 4 if it's a small pin). This is the limit is due do the new shipping service I am using. Once I am comfortable with the delivery success I may open it up for more pins!
Tracked shipping is also calculated by weight but there is no limit to how many products you can get.
If your country is not Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Germany, Singapore, Zone 2 countries or zone 3 countries, it will be in the Zone 5 pricing section.
If there is an issue and I cannot ship to your country, I will let you know and refund the order.

If you are worried it might get lost it would be best to get tracked shipping.
Originally the order amount for free shipping was $200 AUD, since COVID and the untracked shipping being stopped, I changed it down to $150 AUD to help my customers with the big cost of the new shipping. I have been paying out of pocket for a while now because I have felt bad and have been losing a lot of money that I now need to bring it up to $175 AUD ($126 USD) unfortunately :( I am hoping to be able to change it back after a few months if things go well!
