How does COVID-19 affect my order?

Due do the effects of Covid-19, unfortunately your order may take longer to arrive than usual. During this situation please allow the following times - 

  • Australia: 5 - 8 business days
  • International: 2 - 4 weeks (can be longer depending on covid restrictions)
If your order has not arrived by the above times and you have checked the tracking number (If tracking was purchased) please contact me via the contact page. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this causes hope delivery time will get back to normal very soon!



How do preorders work?

I put preorders up for a month, if the pin is not funded during that time all orders will be refunded. Once the month is over or the pin has already been funded, it will go into production. Usually the pins take about 3 - 5 months to be made depending on quantity and delivered to me. Please allow for delays due to COVID.



Can I combine my order?

Yes! Simply contact me via the contact page before or after your purchase, leave a note while you are purchasing or DM me on Instagram! Please provide the order number of your previous order.
If you contact me before your new purchase with the order number you’d like to combine it with, I can give you a free shipping code!



Are group orders allowed?

Yes! If you are a group order account and would like to do one for my store, please contact me via the contact page. 



Can I cancel/refund my order?

Generally refunds are not offered for change of mind. However if you made a mistake or are short on cash I am usually pretty flexible. Please keep in mind preorders are non refundable if the pin has not been funded. Only order if you are sure you want it.

If the product is faulty you are entitled to a complete refund or exchange.



My package hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

If your package has not arrived please check the shipping date to make sure the appropriate delivery time has passed. Please contact me if it has passed said time however please keep in mind that for international orders there can be many delays. For countries like the US, it is best to contact your local post office first as they work differently to postal services in Australia.



Which currency am I charged in?

All products sold are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to the currency conversion by your bank at the time you place the order.



How long until my order is posted?

Preorders: 
  • If you have purchased a preorder it can take 3 - 5 months at the moment with the COVID-19 delays.
In Stock items: 
  • Your items will take 1 - 6 business days to be prepared ( this is due to COVID effected post offices limiting opening hours, although I try to go as much as I can deliver your order!)
